the equipment performs the abatement of the rolling oil vapor contained in the gaseous flow rate by its absorption in a particular oil (washing oil).

The fractional distillation process makes it possible to obtain a sufficiently pure liquid for its integral reuse in its original processes.
The plant can work 24 hours a day, with automatic loading of the liquid to treat, automatic unloading of the distillate and of the process residue.
A special pc-board with display sets the diathermic oil temperature, the temperature inside the boiler and the temperature on the head of the column, with possibility to set the oil temperature with respect to the head temperature for regulating the distillation speed.

The system is particularly indicated for the treatment of oily emulsions. Water, after processing by F. Emulsion Treatment Units, requires no further treatment. It produces no emissions to atmosphere and it is quiet noiseless while working. It generates cost savings through reduced water consumption and removal of waste off site. The fully automatic operation requires a reduced operation time and is easy to use.
Another application of the distillation process in the aluminum rolling is represented by the treatment of the filter powders used for the filtration of the lamination fluid . By means of a special distillation system, powered by a circuit of diathermic oil (or steam from an external boiler), these filter powders are heated up to extract the volatile components, so devoid of any residual powder.
