V.o.c. (volatile organic compound) emissions abatement plant

P.o.c. regeneration system: in compliance with dm44the system is projected for the treatment of polluted air from volatile organic compounds, present in low concentration and high rate of flow.

Two sections have been forseen: the first one adsorbs the organic substances and the second one operates the oxidation for combustion.
The filtering section consists of two adsorbing filters (composed of an activated carbons multiple bed) of which one works in adsorption and the other in disadsorption.
A computerized control system provides to the periodic exchange of the filters. The disadsorption is carried out as per a patended system that uses the same Products Of Combustion (POC) coming from the combustor.
The use of this gas mixture is not only a remarkable energy saving, but above all allows to work in better safety conditions respecting the inflammable limits, in reason of the low oxigen contents.
This totally innovating system is characterized by lower investment and running costs than traditional plants and therefore represents the long-awaited answer to the actual market requirements
