The oil mist abatement takes place by means of a multiple process of filtration which provides a plenum chamber, placed in front of the first filtration section, which operates a first separation process in which the heavier particles due to the decrease of the speed precipitate to the bottom of the settling tank and are discharged into the oil collection tank. Behind a filter section is placed where, for a phenomenon of coalescence, the oil droplets collide with the cells made by metallic mesh forming heavy particles which drop into the tank. The next section provides a fine filtration, which takes place through high-performance non-woven pockets with progressive structure, selected according to the specific operating conditions with the objective to maximize the exercise duration. The separated oil, due to effect coalescence, falls into the collection tank.
