Icam in its 40 years of activity has projected and supplied air and noise treatment plants for a great variety of industrial sectors.
Icam designs and manufactures custom extraction and filtration systems to remove dusts and odours created during the various stages of industrial processing.
For the depuration of fumes and VOCs emitted by scrap shreddersICAM offers to its customers a wide range of solutions:

• the depuration of dust is achieved through a MULTIPLE VENTURI SCRUBBER. This reliable technology has the great advantage to require very few maintenance (not clogging system) together with high efficiency rates.
• the depuration of dust is also achieved through a BAG FILTER.

The system typically include:

• Shredder hood(s)
• Ductwork
• Multiple Venturi scrubber followed by a demister
• Centrifugal fan(s)
• Chimney

In case the process needs an extraction system for VOCs ICAM offers a turnkey system with ACTIVATED CARBON FILTERS to adsorb volatile organic compounds.
